Breakfast was definitely the highlight of my Christmas stay. The spread was impressive with a variety of delicacies to choose from. The staff was quite friendly as well, always greeting us with a smile. The hotel was situated in a nice location with great views of the mountains from our balcony. , they provided shuttle service to the nearest attractions which was very helpful.
The hotel lacked in many areas. The rooms were really cold and the heating system had no effect on the temperature.

The B&B offers a beautiful location surrounded by nature and stunning mountain views. Rooms are spotlessly clean with marble accents and include a balcony to enjoy the scenery. Breakfast is freshly prepared and delicious. Staff are friendly, helpful, and accommodating. guests can relax in the well-maintained garden.
The noise level is high due to poor sound insulation between rooms, which may be disturbing for light sleepers.

The breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly in general. the location was a convenient starting point for exploring the nearby beaches, and the view of the mountains was breathtaking. It was also nice to have a garden where we could relax after a long day of sightseeing.
There were a few problems as well. the air conditioning was not very effective, and in one room it stopped working completely during the night.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel location was quiet and had a stunning view of the mountains. Our room was modern and very clean. We enjoyed the breakfast, which was freshly prepared and had plenty of options. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and spoke great English. WiFi was the best we had during our trip in Tuscany.

The staff were friendly and helpful, overcoming language barriers. They even bought bus tickets for us when we needed them. The property is beautifully maintained with a stunning view of the mountains. The rooms have balconies and the garden is a great place to relax. Breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared. WiFi was excellent.
